I just caught a glimpse of the new Steven Alan spring collection on Facebook. I must say -- I am in love. The loose, layered styles without low-rise, tight pants is very appealing. The muted colors are a welcome departure from all the florals and bright colors that inevitably show up each spring (but not from Steven Alan!). And the return of the espadrille is always welcome. They've been on my feet in one form or another since high school. Now if the weather would just warm up.
